£1.50 per item

 

£30.00 Call out charge within 20 miles radius of Westbury. This includes the first 10 items to be PAT Tested.

Why do I need to PAT Test?

 

As an employer you must ensure that all equipment is maintained to ensure your staff and public safety.

 

It is a legal requirement to have portable electrical equipment tested.

 

How often do I need to have my equipment tested?

 

The minimum is 12 monthly, however this can be a little misleading.

 

For stationary equipment, fridges, computer equipment etc - 12 months is more than adequate as the risk of damage is very minimal.

 

For tools and equipment that is moved / used a great deal the chance of damage occurring is greatly increased, we would advise a re-test every 3 to 6 months. This would need to be discussed and included as part of your companies risk assessment.
